DescriptionDepiction of six trees along the lane into the Gulick Farm shown in a light ground mist with sunlight passing through the trees, which are in full leaf. A meadow appears beyond the lane, with additional woods in the distance. An early morning sky is tinted a slight pink color on the horizon transitioning to blue overhead.
NotesAn unusual late career view undertaken just before Gulick moved into Ivy House in 1961. Four black and white photographs taken at the Gulick farmhouse show him working on this painting.
