Roswell was married to Mary Catherine Morris Roswell (1840-1928). The couple had seven children.NotesThis badge was worn by Charles Wesley Roswell (1832 - 1902), the donor's great-grandfather. Mr. Roswell resided in Eatontown, Monmouth County, and held the role of county constable. He also tended the Goose Neck Bridge in Oceanport for a number of years. He is buried in the First Methodist Church Cemetery in West Long Branch.
