DescriptionA shaped top with cutout corners attaches to the pedestal with two cleats on its underside that are pinned to a square block on the top of the pedestal in such a manner as to allow the top to tilt up for storage. The pedestal features a baluster shaped turning above a flattened ball. Three saber shaped legs attach to the base of the pedestal.
NotesMuseum accession records described this table as "Mahogany snap-top table, c. 1810, rectangular top, corners cut in." The table is actually made of walnut.
